A nice Easter dinner with a friend, I had cooked Janssons frestelse, not every day cooking.
I don’t celebrate the Eastern, but I think it’s nice to be “free” and have some kind of holiday for some days… And I like the Easter food like all the lovely Swedish herrings and Janssons and egg…
